If we are truly a nation of laws, then we must follow the code of “equal justice for all.”  Sadly, those who have stolen the power from the people have manipulated the system to favor themselves.

One need not to look any farther than the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices, or COPP, to find a bias in favor of Democrats and against Republicans.

Montana Public Service Commissioner, Randy Pinocci traveled to Israel and came away with a great plan to solve the coal needs of both nations

Staff Writer               Excellence in Voting               December 16, 2019

On a global scale, it might appear that the desire for coal is waning; if not all but dead.  However, does that portray an accurate picture of what is real?

Currently, coal is still being used on a massive scale.  And if history is any guide, the apparent good intentions of those who wish for a change, no matter how strong the desire, rarely overcomes the fact that it’s nearly impossible for 25 or 30 nations to agree on anything.

So is coal here to stay for awhile, or does it complete the circle of irony and disappear back into the soil like the dinosaurs from where it came?

No one can know what the future of coal ultimately holds, but for now it’s literally on fire.

One of the biggest consumers of coal in the Middle East is the State of Israel.  In fact, Israel uses more coal than all of its neighbors combined.

Montana has some of the cleanest burning coal in America, which is paramount for Israel and its people.

The Montana Public Service Commission regulates energy in Montana, so any plan or alliance would fall under their watchful eye.

Randy Pinocci is one of only 5 Public Service Commissioners who regulate energy for the entire State of Montana, and, as luck would have it, he traveled to Israel and visited their coal plant while there.

Randy Pinocci – Montana Public Service Commission

Knowing that Israel uses a lot of coal and that Montana’s coal industry could use a boost, especially the Sydney Coal Fire Plant, Randy came up with a plan to try and solve the coal needs of both nations.

With US Foreign Aide to Israel going into the billions and with Israel using some of that money to buy coal from Russia, Randy’s plan to use Montana coal deserves a critical review.

Randy joins me in the interview linked below to discuss the possibilities of his Montana\Israeli Economic Alliance

Montana Representative for House District 52, Rodney Garcia is one bold fellow.

Rarely does one find a legislator, locally or nationally, who voices their displeasure with the “system” in such an outspoken manner.

The system which Representative Garcia speaks against most vociferously is Montana DPHHS; an organization that has been proven to be lawless, ruthless and seemingly unaccountable to anyone.

Yes, Rodney Garcia is a bold man, indeed.

Rodney Garcia has appeared on my NorthWest Liberty News broadcast numerous times.  Each time he has been consistent with his displeasure of DPHHS and the lawless kidnapping that they perpetrate on not only Montana Families, but families across America.  In his first appearance last winter (linked below), Representative Garcia calls for 1K dollars a day fines and jail for DPHHS workers.

Most recently, Representative Garcia appeared on NorthWest Liberty News with DPHHS victim, Debbie Westlake to issue a warning to those who would dare come against the cash-generating behemoth known as DPHHS.  Towards the end of the same interview, Ms. Westlake officially announced her intention to run for the 2020 Montana House of Representatives.

If you are unaware of the story behind the aforementioned, Debbie Westlake and why she would decide to take matters into her own hands and run for the Montana House, watch the video linked below.

“I’m telling you he should be replaced,” Pinocci said. “I don’t care if they are Republican, Democrat, Constitution Party, you go after them. They were not acting in your best interest and I shouldn’t be the judge, you should be.

Conrad, Montana’s “King of the Deal,” Llew Jones has a lot more in common with Joe Biden than he does with Donald Trump

james white               Excellence in Voting Radio             October 7, 2019

As of late, one can scarcely watch a news program, fake or otherwise, nor glance at a newspaper without the names Joe and Hunter Biden dominating the space.

For a man who is seeking to hold the nation’s highest office, what could be better?

Pages and pages of free press, along with every major mainstream news station collectively mentioning your name hundreds of times an hour.

It’s a dream come true for any candidate who is running for office.

Yeah, not so much in this case.

The reason that the Biden’s name has been so prominent lately, as you likely already know, is because Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, are being exposed as international pay-for-play, money laundering scoundrels.

The “club” in which people like Joe and Hunter Biden hold membership in is filled with backroom deals, open nepotism and favors allocated to the highest bidder.

Things like sweetheart book deals, high-paying, corporate board positions and close family members landing seven-figure consulting contracts, with seemingly no competition, are all benefits of “club membership.”

Sadly, most of you reading this article, along with yours truly, will never enjoy club benefits.

This is not the case, however, for everyone living here in Montana where I broadcast my radio show, and from where I am penning this article now.

Montana’s legislative session is not one that operates full-time, as it meets for only about 4 months every 2 years.  Nonetheless, that is plenty of time for consummating backroom deals and cementing political favors.

In Montana, no one does that better than Conrad’s own, Llew Jones

As we circle back to the Biden’s and their shenanigans, we see a template that begins to emerge.  A template that seems to pass not only state lines, but party lines as well.

Llew Jones, a Republican, has seemingly stolen a page out of the Biden family playbook and applied it here to Montana politics.

Before you dismiss this notion as hyperbole, please keep reading.

Thankfully , much of the foundational research into Mr. Jones has already been completed and published on a website called, Capitol Whispers.

(Ed Note:  I appreciate the research done by the people at Capitol Whispers and I wish to thank them for allowing me to use their material)

However, if Jones is following the Biden playbook, then what we see published could be just the tip of the iceberg.  Let’s begin.

It Appears that Sweetgrass Development has a Real Sweet Deal – LINK

This article lays out how an organization, which has Llew Jones as a sitting board member, received a 400K Brownfields Assessment grant in early 2016, and at the time the article was written (Dec 2018) had not completed any work and did not appear to have any employees.  Despite the obvious incompetence of the situation on it’s face, Sweetgrass Development planned to apply for another grant in 2019

A Public Service Announcement: Missing Dark Money – LINK

This article, essentially, explores why Llew Jones is affiliated with at least 32 Limited Liability Companies, and, curiously, why so many (22) are listed at the same address?  Having multiple LLC’s is not a crime in Montana, or in any state as far as I know, but the optics are not good for a sitting legislator.

Black Sheep Llew Jones Banks on Wool & Other Subsidies – LINK

This article outlines how LLew Jones has benefited from Farm Subsidies intended to help small, family farms across America.  Since Jones’ family has participated in the program, they have received $1,142,014 in taxpayer dollars.  Again, there is nothing illegal about it; but please don’t fault me if I’m not surprised that Llew Jones found a way to cash in handsomely on this deal.

The Last Time Llew Jones Sat on the Appropriations Committee, He Funneled 300K to His Wife – LINK

This article outlines how Llew Jones used his position in Montana Government to not only appropriate funds, but to encourage his wife, Carolyn Jones, to create a company that 2 weeks after creation secured the lion’s share of said appropriated funds.  This is naked nepotism, and for no small amount of cash.

Llew Jones is One Lucky Guy…His Family, too – LINK

This article outlines how Llew Jones used his connections with Northwestern Energy to elicit a purchase of a 24-MW wind farm from a company called Invenergy, by Northwestern Energy.  It seems pretty harmless until you discover that the person who worked at Invenergy and was in charge of product oversight was none other than Llew Jones’ son, Aaron.  A coincidence, I’m sure.

Does anyone else find it curious that Joe Biden, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi and Llew Jones all seemed to manage a sweet deal for their children?  Kind of odd that they are all Democrats and Llew Jones is a Republican., don’t you think?

Here is something else that I find to be notable.  Our friend Llew Jones, a Republican, was appointed to the Montana Wheat and Barley Board by Governor Steve Bullock, a Democrat.

Only a week prior, Bullock appointed Jones to the Montana University System Restructuring Review Commission.

Does this mean Jones and Bullock are drinking buddies, or was this a case of our fine Governor repaying Llew for all of his hard work with Medicaid Expansion?  You can be the judge of that.

As stated earlier, the instances outlined above could constitute the tip of the iceberg.  That being said, as far as I know Llew Jones has not been accused of, nor been convicted of, any crimes to date.  But then again, neither has Joe or Hunter Biden.

The idea of compromise sounds good, until you realize that the thing you compromised were your core values.

james white               Excellence in Voting Radio               October 1, 2019

In the most recent Montana legislative session, which ended in April of this year, the push for Medicaid expansion was one of the most contested and controversial battles to surface throughout.

A core of Republican legislators, called the “38 Special,” whose goals were to adhere to the Republican platform, locked horns with not only the Democrats, but a group of Republican legislators who routinely sought compromise with Democrats and called themselves the “Solutions Caucus.”

The Solution Caucus was led by long-time political operative, and legendary backroom deal-maker, Llew Jones of Conrad, Montana.

Jones didn’t act alone, however, in the crafting and promotion of Medicaid expansion.  He was assisted by long-time ally and backroom deal-maker protege, Ed Buttrey of Great Falls, Montana.

HB 658, also known as “Buttrey Care,” was the culmination of hours of behind-the-scenes deal-making from the so-called “Solutions Caucus” and those in the medical industry who pushed hard for the bill.  Despite the efforts of “38 Special,” Democrat Governor, Steve Bullock signed Medicaid expansion into law on May 9. 2019.

I have included a link HERE if you wish to visit the Montana Legislative website and survey the entire legislative process involved in the passage of Medicaid expansion.

Montana Legislator, Derek Skees is a member of the aforementioned, “38 Special” group who battled against Buttrey Care throughout the legislative session. Representative Skees contacted me recently with some disturbing information that has not, to my knowledge, been widely reported in the Montana press.

Derek informed me that Buttrey Care now pays for abortions and transgender sex-change operations.

Did you hear that Republican voters?  Those “Republican” representatives you voted for to go to Helena and represent your core values, including Right to Life, sold you out in backroom deals with Llew Jones and his “Solutions Caucus.”

Essentially, if you voted for any of the so-called Republican legislators in 2018 who are listed below, you have the blood of aborted babies on your hands.  I bet that wasn’t a “solution” you bargained for.

Fred Anderson – Ross Fitzgerald – Nancy Balance – Joel Krautter

Walt Sales – David Bedey – Denley Loge – Ray Shaw – Frank Garner

Sharon Greef – Bruce Grubbs – Wendy McKamey – Edward Buttrey

Frederic (Eric) Moore – Geraldine Custer – Kenneth Holmlund

Mike Hopkins – Tom Welch – Llew Jones

Montana Representative, Derek Skees joined me recently to explain the finer details of the recently signed HB 658 and to illustrate the dangers of having “deal-makers” within the Montana Legislature.

As 39 years of marriage to his wife, Kathy can attest, Mark Noland is a man of strong loyalties.

He employs that same loyalty when serving in Helena; as Mark has served 3 consecutive terms as Representative for House District 10, with the last 2 terms finding him filling the role as Chairman for the House Business and Labor Committee

Mark has operated a successful business in Flathead Valley for 34 years, while raising 6 children in the meantime.  Mark Noland is organized, and he knows how to get things done.

Mark recently dropped by the NorthWest Liberty News studios in Kalispell for a chat on things past and things to come.  Please enjoy the interview linked below.

David Dunn is a very nice fellow; who anyone with a normal worldview would be hard pressed not to like.

However, that’s not the reason you should be delighted that David Dunn has decided to become a servant of the people of Montana.

You should be delighted that David serves the public because he’s smart, and because he knows the elements for successful leadership.

David was elected to office for the first time in 2018, and his time in Helena opened his eyes to how things are really run in Montana.

David graciously accepted an offer for an interview recently, the results of which are linked below.

Being a Vietnam Veteran certainly prepared John Fuller for the many battles that he faced in Helena during the 2019 legislative session.  In addition, John is not only a student of history, but he taught the subject in high school for over 40 years.

John is an unapologetic Conservative both socially and fiscally, but he also understands that unity among Montana’s Republican Party is the key to defeat the Liberal Left come 2020.

John was in Kalispell recently and he graciously agreed to sit down with me for an interview at my Kalispell studios, where he spoke of the aforementioned unity and laid the groundwork for huge Republican victories in the next election cycle.

With his Office of Political Practices case dismissed with prejudice, former Montana State Senator and gubernatorial candidate, Ken Miller is back with a message to those who currently serve in Montana government

Staff Writer               Excellence in Voting               June 30, 2019

Ken Miller knows Montana politics, as he was elected to serve two consecutive terms as Montana State Senator beginning in 1995.

Ken also knows that in Montana, as in all states, there are elements within the political sphere whose actions are dictated by political partisanship; and he, along with many Republicans, believe that the Commissioner of Political Practices makes decisions based largely upon that criteria.

Ken should know since he has just been freed from “OPP jail” recently, and the case against him dismissed with prejudice.

We reached out to Ken after we received a recent e-mail from him to request an interview, and were delighted when he accepted our invite.  I have included a copy of Ken’s e-mail and interview below.

After seven years of injustice, the politically charged campaign finance allegations against Ken Miller from his 2012 run for Governor have been fully dismissed with prejudice. No wrongdoing was found. On May 24th the dismissal was filed by Judge Seeley.
Miller states, “Republicans filed the original false charges in the Montana Governor’s race in 2012 just days before primary voting began.” Miller continues, “Despite our presentation of proof that the COPP charges were false and politically motivated, the media was quick to report the COPP accusations as if they were fact and true, resulting in my not winning the primary election.” Miller continues, “I hope the media will now give this matter the same attention that they did when these false charges were made.”

Miller and his campaign team along with his legal counsel James Brown, provided full documentation based on the COPP’s own data that wrongdoing did not exist, and instead of the Commissioner of Political Practices (COPP) John Motl dismissing the charges quickly, he created new fake allegations that took Miller years of time and effort to disprove. Then COPP changed the charges yet again. After the election was over, the Democrat-controlled COPP office refused to admit their wrongdoing and drop the disproven charges. They continued to hold the cloud of guilt over Miller for years, even filing a district court case three years ago as a “place holder.”

“It is obvious that the Democrat office wanted to continue this charade, imposing defamation to my character and make it more difficult for me to run for public office over the last seven years,” Miller says.

Miller now plans to get commitments from Montana policymakers to agree to do everything they can to change or eliminate the COPP office. Miller believes political opponents and the COPP should not be able to continue to use the office to sway elections or detour good people from running, based on false accusations.

Miller wants policymakers to commit to the elimination of the COPP office and to require the Secretary of State to oversee the financial reporting requirements for political candidates. If a legal dispute exists, then it should go through the court system as other legal disputes do. Under the current system, the COPP is judge, jury, and executioner, and the lack of due process is patently unconstitutional.

Alternatively, the Montana Attorney General should require political campaign violation cases to be processed by the local County Attorney’s office. If the County Attorney decides not to press charges, then the complaint is dismissed with prejudice.
Miller says, “Democrats and Republicans should support this effort on a non-partisan basis because while Democrats are currently in control of the COPP, they will inevitably find themselves on the other side of the fence some day. This kind of injustice should never be allowed.”

Miller also encourages others that want to help with this effort or have questions, to call him at 406-670-8318
